5-MINUTE BLUEBERRY PIE

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 pts. blueberries
1 (9 inch) baked pie crust

Combine sugar, cornstarch and 1/2 cup cold water.
Cook on high 2 minutes or until mixture boils, should be thick.

Stir in blueberries and cook on high for 3 minutes. Pour in crust.

Serve with whipped cream.
