INGREDIENTS:

4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1 lb scalt fish
2 bundles chive
2 small onions
4 cloves garlic
4 sprigs thyme
water
hot pepper
salt

STEP BY STEP:

Scald fish and remove bones. Flake.
Chop onions finely and all other seasoning.
Mix seasonings with flour and baking powder. Add flaked salt fish
Add salt and enough water to make a soft mixture. Beat mixture until smooth
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until brown in colour.
