2 lg. or 3 med. avocados, mashed
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese with pimentos
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles -or-
2 tbsp. jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 tbsp. onion, diced
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Stir avocados and cream cheese together in a medium bowl until completely blended.
Add the chiles, onion and juice and cream together.
Makes approximately 2 cups.
