INGREDIENTS:

1 lb chicken wings
2 tbs sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp vetsin powder
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger

STEP BY STEP:

Wash wings with lime, rinse and pat dry. Cut into pieces at joints and
discard wing tips
Combine remaining ingredients for sauce
Pour sauce over wings in bowl and marinate in refrigerator overnight
Turn wings in marinade once or twice. Pour sauce over wings
Bake in 325 degrees F oven for 90 minutes
Spread wings in 9 x 13 baking pan. Do not overlap. Delicious as an
appetizer, but also good as a main course with fried rice or chow mein.
