1/4 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup shredded fresh basil
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1/2 lb feta cheese, crumbled
2 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 tb olive oil shredded fresh-basil leaves
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 tomatoes peeled and coarsely chopped
STEP BY STEP:
In a large, heavy saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook onions
and garlic, stirring 2 to 3 minutes or until softened.
Stir in tomatoes, wine, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over
