INGREDIENTS:

1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 pint yoghurt
2 ripe bananas

STEP BY STEP:

Place the yoghurt in a mixing bowl, and whip lightly.
Slice the bananas in 1/2 inch slices.
Add to the yoghurt with the cayenne, sugar, and lemon juice.
