1/2 lb Brown Sugar
1/2 cup liquid smoke
3 cups soy sauce
STEP BY STEP:
Combined all ingredients for marinade in a tightly covered container and
allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Add sliced meat and allow to stand another 10 minutes, shaking
Place meat on dehydrator racks and dry at least 12 hours.
