INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp cooking wine
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped orange peel
cabbage, lettuce, or similar leaves
STEP BY STEP:
Filling: Mix ground beef, 1, corianders and orange peel thoroughly until
the meat is sticky then marinate it for 10 minutes
Squeeze 1 portion of the filling (1/24) into a ball
Dip a spoon in water then use the spoon to remove the meatball
Place the meatball on a leaf. Follow step 2 for the remaining filling
Arrange the meatballs in a steamer and steam over high heat for 8
minutes.
