BEST CAKE FROM GEORGIA

1 can (19 oz.) Crushed Pineapple
2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chopped Nuts

Mix by hand for one minute (may be lumpy).
Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes.

ICING:
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, warm
1/2 cup Butter
1 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
Ice cake.
Refrigerate 2 days before serving.
Can cut into pieces and freeze.
