BISCUITS AND CHICKEN WITH COUNTRY GRAVY

3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 packets (2.75 ounce) of Country Gravy-any brand
Biscuits (either canned, frozen, from scratch)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon of liquid smoke (optional)

In a pot of water, boil chicken till done.
Take out chicken and put on a plate.

Shred chicken with two forks.
Set chicken aside.

In a bowl, mix together the 2 packets of country gravy as directed on package.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Pour gravy into a skillet on stove top.
Mix in the teaspoon (more or less) of liquid smoke and pepper.

Add shredded chicken to the skillet.
Stir mixture till it has thickened and keep warm.

Bake biscuits following recipe or package directions.
Put biscuit on a plate and pour over chicken gravy.
