GEORGIA GRITS

2 c. grits, cooked in milk
6 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated fine

Cook grits in milk. Add butter and grated cheese. Mix thoroughly. 
Let set for 5 minutes. Fold beaten eggs into grits. 
Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. 
Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
