NANA’S LARGE CRUMB CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix (yellow)
This cake is outrageous. DO NOT let the box mix scare you away!!!

CRUMBS:
3 sticks butter, melted
3 c. flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. cinnamon

STEP BY STEP:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease and flour 10 x 17 inch pan.
Prepare cake mix as package directs.
Pour into pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown.

In the meantime, mix above ingredients for crumbs and after first 15 to 20 minutes baking time, remove from oven and sprinkle all over with crumbs.
Return cake to oven for another 10 to 15 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

This cake freezes beautifully so you can make it ahead of time and have it on hand when needed!
