1 1/2 lb. chicken
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar pineapple and apricot jam
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
STEP BY STEP:
Start by cutting the chicken into bite size pieces.
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix together dressing, jam, onion soup; set aside.
Arrange chicken in a pan (greased).
Pour mixture over the chicken and bake for 1 hour.
Make rice and put chicken and sauce from the chicken over the rice.
Finger lickin’ good!
